To operate the platform: authentication, displaying territories on the marketplace, and the review and expert-verification workflow.

Communication: replying to contact messages and sending the newsletter to subscribers.

We do not sell personal data and we do not display third-party advertising.

Data is hosted with cloud infrastructure providers (application hosting, database and media storage) acting as processors under contract.

Published territory data becomes publicly visible on the marketplace by the owner's decision, after approval.

We may share data when required by law or court order.

You may request access, correction, portability or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent, at any time through the site's contact channel.

We will respond within the timeframes set by applicable law.

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy or for legal obligations.

We adopt technical measures such as encryption in transit (HTTPS), password hashing and role-based access control.
